We are looking for a Clinic Growth Manager who will help build systems, improve patient experience, strengthen treatment conversion, and support the clinic's next phase of growth.

Role Summary

This is not a sales role.

This is not a digital marketing role.

This is a business growth and patient relationship role focused on improving clinic operations, patient engagement, treatment conversion, and business intelligence.

You will work directly with clinic leadership and play a key role in modernizing and scaling the practice.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Relationship Management
- Maintain patient database and records




- Track patient journeys and treatment status
- Coordinate patient follow-ups
- Improve patient experience

Consultation & Treatment Tracking
- Track orthodontic consultations
- Track aligner consultations
- Track pending treatment plans
- Monitor treatment acceptance rates

Business Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
- Patient volume
- New patients
- Returning patients
- Revenue trends
- Treatment categories
- Referral sources
- Conversion rates

Patient Recall & Retention
- Contact patients due for follow-up
- Coordinate recall campaigns
- Reactivate inactive patients
- Improve retention

Business Development
- Build relationships with schools and colleges
- Support community outreach initiatives
- Identify opportunities for clinic growth

Data & Systems
- Organize clinic data
- Maintain dashboards
- Improve reporting systems
- Support digitization initiatives
