What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical design discussions.- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote software quality across the team.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
- 4+ years of backend software development experience.
- Strong experience with Java (Java 8+).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.




- Robust knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, and Docker.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, caching, and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

_ Nice to Have_:
- Experience with Spring Security.
- Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.- Experience with OAuth2, JWT, or secure API development.
