Position: Showroom Manager

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly business targets.
- Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Lead, train, and supervise showroom staff.
- Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain product display, merchandising, and showroom presentation standards.
- Track inventory availability and coordinate stock requirements.
- Handle billing, reporting, and operational documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational processes.

Required Skills:
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.




- Team handling and leadership abilities.

- Inventory and showroom operations management.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in retail, showroom operations, customer handling, or sales management.
- 2-6 years of experience as Showroom Manager / Store Manager / Retail Manager.
- Experience in managing sales teams and showroom operations.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
