Profile: E-commerce Accountant

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Accountant who understands how online marketplaces work and can manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and reporting for our D2C and quick-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain accurate entries for sales on E- commerce platforms, and website

Reconcile order reports, settlement reports, payouts, commissions, ad spends, returns, and RTOs

Track GST, TCS, and TDS and ensure data is audit-ready

Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports covering sales, margins, and platform-wise profitability

Maintain clear records for inventory movement, discounts, promotions, and marketing spends

Coordinate with CA for GST filings, compliance, and audits





Daily BRS

Daily Payment using Net Banking

Requirements:
Prior experience in e-commerce accounting

Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

Practical understanding of marketplace settlement structures

High attention to detail and robust ownership mindset

Work Location: Sodala, jaipur

Experience: 4+ years in e-commerce accounting preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
