Experience: 2-3 Years Experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users, and install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues; monitor network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
- Perform software installation, updates, and antivirus management.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate with vendors for warranty claims/repairs, and create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Support IT infrastructure projects, office setup activities,



and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Qualifications:
- ✔ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Diploma or equivalent also acceptable).
- ✔ 2-3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
- ✔ Solid skills in Windows 10/11 Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- ✔ Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
- ✔ Experience with IT asset management and helpdesk/ticketing tools.
- ✔ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
- ✔ Experience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Fortinet or Sophos networking products, and backup/endpoint security solutions.
- ✔ Certifications such as Microsoft Certified (M365, Azure Fundamentals), CompTIA
