Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support to employees and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide basic LAN/Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting support.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security requirements.
- Maintain IT assets and keep records of hardware and software.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and technical services when required.
- Perform regular system updates, backups,



and basic maintenance.
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure across the property/office.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT-related issues and solutions.
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support is preferred.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows, printers, and software troubleshooting.
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.
- Willingness to relocate/work in Nashik.
