Own the full design of a consumer product end-to-end in Figma — no design lead above you, full ownership of the design system and dev handoff quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Design the complete user journey: landing, discovery/search, detail pages, a transactional checkout flow, and confirmation states
- Build and maintain a Figma design system (tokens, typography, component library)
- Design mobile-first, responsive layouts
- Design edge-case states explicitly — loading, empty, error, timeout — not just the happy path
- Prepare clean, developer-ready handoff files (auto-layout, named components, accurate specs)

Must-Haves
- Advanced Figma proficiency — auto-layout, components/variants, prototyping
- Strong UI fundamentals (typography, spacing, hierarchy, color)
- Experience designing at least one transactional/checkout-style flow
- Ability to produce handoff files a developer can build from without heavy clarification

Nice-to-Haves




- Prior booking/marketplace/e-commerce product design experience
- Comfortable using AI design tools as an accelerant, with real design judgment applied on top
- Basic understanding of component-based frontend development

Shared Across All Three Roles
- Solo ownership of your discipline — no senior lead to escalate to; we're hiring people ready to own decisions at the 1-2 year level.
- AI-assisted work is expected across all three roles, but every hire must be able to read, explain, and debug what the AI produced — screened directly in interview.
- Fast-paced, 2-month build — robust communication and early escalation of blockers matters as much as raw skill.
- Full project details, product scope, and company background shared under NDA at interview stage.
