- Process NACH mandates for newly disbursed and existing loan accounts
- Verify customer bank details,account information, mandate forms, and required documents
- Ensure mandates are submitted to the respective bank/NACH platform within defined TAT.
- Track mandate status from initiation to activation succesfully

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficiency-driven Operations Executive to manage and streamline our NACH (National Automated Clearing House) mandate processing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end NACH lifecycle management for both newly disbursed and existing loan accounts, ensuring high accuracy, adherence to timelines (TAT), and seamless activation.
