Position: Customer Service Associate International Voice Process
Process: UK & US Telecom Customer Service + Upselling

Eligibility:

- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience mandatory
- Freshers are not eligible
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in UK & US shifts

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from international telecom customers
- Resolve queries related to plans, billing, services, and accounts
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Handle upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Accurately document customer interactions

Work Location: Koramangala / Mahadevapura, Bangalore
Shift: UK & US Shifts
Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA
Hike: Up to 30% on previous take-home, based on eligibility
