Job Profile: Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of backend features and services end to end. Must-Have Skills

- Robust proficiency in either Golang or Python.
- Solid backend engineering experience with the ability to build reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills,

- Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of features or services.
- Strong understanding of software reliability, stability, observability, and operational excellence.
- Hands-on experience with test-driven development, automated testing, and writing high-quality test cases.
- Good understanding of system design, APIs, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and remain accountable for outcomes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
