Job Description

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead enterprise-wide DevOps transformation across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.

In this role, you will define DevOps strategy, architect scalable CI/CD ecosystems, and drive automation, governance, and cloud adoption across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to build resilient, secure, and high-performing infrastructure and delivery pipelines.

Key Skills

- Strong expertise in DevOps strategy, governance, and enterprise transformation

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions

- Deep understanding of multi-cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, ARM Templates, and CloudFormation

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

- Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Splunk

- Experience with DevSecOps practices including SAST/DAST and security automation

- Robust scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python

- Expertise in source control and artifact management tools like Git, GitHub, GitLab, Nexus, and Artifactory

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities





- Define and drive the enterprise DevOps roadmap, maturity model, and governance framework

- Architect and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines and release management strategies

- Lead multi-cloud and hybrid cloud transformation initiatives

- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks

- Establish DevSecOps practices aligned with security, compliance, and audit requirements

- Drive containerization and orchestration strategies across applications

- Implement monitoring, observability, high availability, and disaster recovery frameworks

- Lead DevOps initiatives for enterprise applications including COTS platforms

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business goals

- Mentor teams, drive best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement

- Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to measure DevOps effectiveness
