About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Work on user acquisition, activation, retention, and overall growth funnel optimization.
- Convert inactive or dormant users into active platform users.
- Improve user retention by building strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive user experience.
- Resolve user queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
- Execute user engagement campaigns, promotional activities, and retention initiatives.
- Monitor key growth metrics such as activation rate, retention rate, and user engagement.
- Collect user feedback and share actionable insights with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Assist in planning and executing growth marketing campaigns to increase platform usage.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 1-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Customer Success, CRM, Retention, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data and identify growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in user retention and lifecycle marketing.
- Understanding of growth funnels and customer journeys.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
- Experience in the FinTech or Crypto industry will be an added advantage.
