Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Safely and efficiently operate CNC Turning
- Component Machining: Perform precision machining on gear blanks, shafts, and gearbox housings based on engineering drawings and specs.
- Setup & Tooling: Set up workpieces, load and change cutting tools, and adjust offset parameters as required.
- Basic Programming: Conduct basic program editing, call up programs, and manage controller settings (Fanuc).
- Quality Inspection: Perform dimensions and tolerance checks on finished components using precision instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges).
- Maintenance: Maintain machine cleanliness, oversee coolant levels, and perform basic daily preventative maintenance.

Requirements:
- Education: ITI (Turner / Machinist) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience:



1 to 4 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines (Experience in gear manufacturing or heavy engineering is preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges).
- Knowledge of CNC controllers (Fanuc).
- Work Ethic: Comfortable working a regular 12-hour daily schedule (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
