What You'll Build

Lead and scale a high-performing B2C Inside Sales organization across South India. ️ Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring every interaction creates trust, delight, and meaningful outcomes.
Own regional revenue, productivity, customer experience, and business growth.
Drive business expansion by identifying untapped markets,



improving regional penetration, and maximizing growth opportunities across South India.
Develop and execute regional growth strategies to increase market share, strengthen customer acquisition, and unlock new revenue streams.
Build, coach, and develop future sales leaders through mentoring, feedback, and high-performance coaching.
Use data, insights, and experimentation to continuously improve conversions, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Partner with Product, Marketing, HR, Training, and Operations to unlock new growth opportunities.
