Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Bhopal

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target institutional clients and industrial customers, including government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants, and other industrial sectors.
- Identify and prospect recent business opportunities within the institutional and industrial sectors, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to secure profitable business agreements with institutional and industrial clients.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including revenue goals, sales volumes, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on institutional and industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of institutional and industrial markets, including customer needs, buying behavior, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with client
