About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to generate leads and book appointments with local businesses. Your primary responsibility will be outbound cold calling to business owners and decision-makers, introducing our services and identifying opportunities to improve their online presence and business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to local businesses daily.
- Identify business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Introduce our services and communicate value propositions.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs and interest level.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the founder/sales team.




- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM.
- Consistently achieve appointment-setting and sales targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer objections.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume cold calls.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
- Previous sales, telemarketing, appointment-setting, or cold-calling experience preferred.
- Familiarity with websites, digital marketing, SaaS, AI, or automation services is a plus.

Compensation
