Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary English curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and listening skills.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting.
- Use differentiated teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and progress.
- Prepare students for Cambridge Progression Tests and Checkpoint assessments where applicable.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Primary English.
- Experience with Cambridge International Curriculum preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.

- Knowledge of Cambridge Primary English Framework.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Strong assessment and reporting skills.
