We’re looking for people who understand retail beyond just selling.

If you’ve handled CRM seriously, know your numbers inside-out, and can drive store revenue—not just contribute to it—this is for you.

What matters in this role:
- Sales first mindset - you’re clear on targets, conversions, ATV, repeat business
- Own your revenue - daily, weekly, monthly. No surprises.
- Strong CRM - clienteling, follow-ups, building a loyal base (not just walk-ins)
- VM sense - you understand display, movement, and what sells
- Floor presence - confident, aware, and able to guide the team/customers

This role works out of our Delhi stores (Emporio / Promenade) and also involves exhibitions & pop-ups. When not on events, you’re driving store performance.

We’re not looking for:
People who just “assist” sales.
You should be someone who takes charge of it.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹21,617.69 per month
