- Makes sure all corporate ADD concepts, playbooks & breakfast 2.0 is followed.
- Facilitation of talent growth/promotion in the department.
- Duty scheduling (if applicable).




- Awareness of yearly culinary calendar.
- Upselling/techniques.
- Essential Job Tasks- Be present on the floor and back of the house to make sure what is agreed is running. At times be hands on- Areas of Responsibility- Adherence to IHCL HACCP safety standards in all of the areas.
- Communication - F&B; meeting/staff meeting (in absence of RM).
- Daily log book reading & communicate action (in absence of RM).
- Daily walk into all outlets to make sure everything is as per agreed standards & functions concepts.
- Immediately rectify if any deviations and be hands on if needed.
- Awareness of all discounting policies.
- Execute festivities, signing of complementary checks.
- Conducts skill & behavioural training for all staff of department.
- Yearly holiday calendar planning (assist).
- All non-food ordering is stocked and checked.
- Adheres to all POS SOPs.
- All menus are printed as per guidelines.
