Check raw materials like plywood, MDF, laminates, hinges, and hardware for defects.
- Inspect cutting, edge-banding, drilling, and assembly processes to ensure precision.
- Spot scratches, warping, misalignment, or finishing issues.
- Verify dimensions, fittings, and durability before dispatch.
- Maintain inspection reports and rejection logs.
- Define quality benchmarks for raw materials, processes, and finished products.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Assess vendors for consistent quality of wood, laminates, and hardware.
- Educate staff on quality standards, handling, and assembly practices.
- Analyze customer feedback and production data to enhance processes.

Requirements-
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Wood Technology, or Furniture Design.




- 2-5 years of experience in modular kitchen or furniture manufacturing.
- Familiarity with CNC machines, edge-banding machines, and finishing processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to spot defects quickly.
- Positive communication for reporting and training.
- Problem-solving mindset to improve efficiency and reduce rework.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
