Position: BIM Engineer (Civil)

Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 4 Years in Construction/Real Estate Industry

Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and ERP Systems.
- Strong knowledge of BIM modeling, coordination, and quantity take-off.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
- Sound understanding of construction stages, methodologies, and site execution processes.Strong command over engineering calculations, formulas, measurements, and quantity estimation.
- Experience in preparing and managing BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordination with project, design, and site teams for model updates and issue resolution.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
