Heritage Manager / House Manager — The Verdun, Mussoorie

We are looking for a Manager / House Manager for The Verdun, a carefully restored heritage home in Mussoorie, soon to open as an intimate museum stay, furnished with period furniture and antiquities, celebrating the history, aesthetics and charm of early 20th-century Mussoorie.

We are looking for someone based in Mussoorie, with a warm and engaging personality, excellent standards of hospitality and housekeeping, and an appreciation for heritage, culture and valuable living.

The role will involve overseeing the house and its staff, housekeeping, kitchen and pantry, guest experience, care and safekeeping of the house and its collections, maintenance and day-to-day administration, including liaison with local authorities.

The ideal person need not come from a conventional hotel background. We would particularly value someone who is well-read, articulate, culturally curious, organised and naturally hospitable—someone who would take pride in being both the custodian and host of a very special old Mussoorie home.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
