Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Order Management
- Process and dispatch orders received from e-commerce marketplaces and company websites.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips.
- Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and shipment tracking.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues.

Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Inventory Management Software.
- Perform regular stock verification and cycle counts.
- Update inward and outward inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with the purchase and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
- Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies.

Warehouse Operations
- Organize products systematically for efficient picking and packing.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices wherever applicable.




- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of warehouse inventory.
- Monitor packaging material stock and coordinate replenishment.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily dispatch reports.
- Maintain courier records, PODs, and shipment documentation.
- Reconcile dispatched orders with inventory records.
- Generate periodic inventory and dispatch MIS reports.

Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Accounts, and Warehouse teams for smooth order processing.
- Communicate with courier partners regarding pickups, returns, and delivery exceptions.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP or inventory software.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Understanding of courier and logistics processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
