Role Description
The Operations Executive role at True Vacation is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves coordinating day-to-day travel operations, including managing bookings, itineraries, vendor relationships,



and customer queries. The Operations Executive supports process efficiency by monitoring schedules, tracking service delivery, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner. The role includes maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. The position also requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through on operational tasks.
