Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery as per production requirements and SOPs.
- Set up machines and adjust operating parameters as required.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and production targets are achieved.
- Check raw materials and ensure proper feeding/loading of materials into machines.
- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormalities, defects, or breakdowns.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance team for major issues.
- Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance of machinery.
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects immediately.
- Maintain accurate production, machine, and downtime records.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily/shift-wise production targets.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards around the machine and production area.
- Report machine breakdowns, safety hazards,



and production issues to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of operating manufacturing/production machinery.
- Basic understanding of machine settings and operating parameters.
- Ability to identify machine faults and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of production and quality standards.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production targets.
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Robust focus on safety and quality.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical trade preferred.
- Relevant machinery operation experience will also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
