About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist them with inquiries, requests, and reservations
- Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes and seamless guest experiences.
- Manage reservations, room allocations, billing, cash handling, and front office documentation accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/front office area
- Ensure a positive guest experience in line with company standards
- Lead, supervise, and support the front office team while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Assist in training team members and fostering a positive, guest-centric work workplace.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in hotels is mandatory.:




- Good communication skills in English are mandatory
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for guest service and hospitality operations
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with eZee absolute (PMS software):
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Must have prior experience of minimum 2-4 years

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
