We are looking for an experienced Team Leader(for TU ) to join our growing team
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Robust experience in handling team performance, KPIs, and client expectations.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Prepare reports and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
- Resolve team escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
