The Security Specialist, assigned to a specific client location, will ensure the security and safety of the facility, property, and personnel. The Specialist is responsible for the related training, procedures/policies, equipment, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Hands on knowledge of Project management, security designing, AutoCAD and managing command centre.
- He/she defines project timelines and activities in collaboration with stakeholders, and resolves changes in scope,



issues and risks that may affect project implementation.
- Responsible for delivering superior support to the Security leadership team.
- Create project plans and build consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders.
- Design standardized processes and Best Practices from initiation to completion in partnership with SMEs, including project scope, documentation, measurements, communication and implementation to global security leaders and teams.
- Provides key business partners with information and recommendations to assist in the development and implementation of training resources and Researches and evaluates industry standards and benchmarks to support project (as needed).
- Mentor and develop the team, enhancing their skills through training and professional development programs.
