We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller cum Admission Counselor to connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, guide them toward suitable courses, and convert qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, interests, and requirements.
- Explain Vidya Quest's courses, curriculum, career opportunities, fees, duration, and learning benefits.




- Counsel students and help them choose the most suitable course based on their career objectives.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Handle queries and objections professionally and build trust with prospective students and parents.
- Schedule counseling sessions, demo classes, or center visits where applicable.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM or assigned system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments while maintaining a positive student experience.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for the admission process.
- Stay updated about Vidya Quest's courses, offers, batches, and career-oriented programs.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counseling, and negotiation abilities.
- Hindi and English communication skills; additional regional languages
