Sarika Ventures is a rapidly growing manufacturing and trading business specializing in high-quality natural food products, including date powder. As we expand our domestic reach and prepare for international export opportunities, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, manage ledger accounts, and oversee daily transactions in Tally / Zoho Books.
- GST & Tax Compliance: Prepare, file, and reconcile monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle TDS calculations and filings.
- Invoicing & Billing: Process customer invoices, manage vendor bills, and ensure timely accounts receivable and payable collections.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and track cash flow to maintain financial liquidity.
- Financial Reporting:



Generate monthly P&L; statements, balance sheets, and inventory valuation reports for executive management.
- Audit & Documentation: Coordinate with external auditors/CA for annual filings and maintain export/import-related financial documentation as required.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or trading sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant financial discipline.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Taxation Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian GST laws, e-way bills, TDS, and corporate compliance.
- Skills: Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, and good communication skills.
