For three generations, Sabato Exports has manufactured commercial vehicle parts, managing over 5,000 SKUs for customers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Africa, and Europe.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Vendor Development Specialist to manage and scale our sourcing pipeline. In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and onboard domestic and international suppliers to fuel our global export growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist local and international suppliers across automotive and industrial categories.
- Conduct technical screening on factory capacity, capability, quality systems, and compliance.
- Collect samples and quotations to build structured supplier comparison reports (pricing, lead times, quality, and reliability).
- Conduct vendor site visits and factory audits.
- Support the Sourcing Head with final vendor evaluations, onboarding documentation, and price negotiations.




- Track ongoing vendor reliability and performance metrics to identify risk factors early.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in vendor sourcing, procurement, or supplier development (automotive or engineering background preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong research skills, data-driven mindset, scorecards creation, and negotiation ability.
- Industry Exposure: Hands-on experience with B2B manufacturing sourcing, factory audits, or export/import trade.
