About the Role

We are looking for a Travel Operations Executive to manage Job Orders, Vouchers, Ground Handling and daily travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Job Order Management
- Prepare and check job orders based on confirmed bookings.
- Verify guest details, travel dates, hotels, transfers and sightseeing.
- Check all inclusions and special requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport companies, drivers and local suppliers.
- Ensure all services are confirmed before guest arrival.
- Keep job orders updated with any changes.

2. Voucher Preparation
- Prepare hotel, transfer, sightseeing and other service vouchers as required.
- Check voucher details carefully before sending.
- Ensure guest names, dates, hotel names, services and timings are correct.
- Send vouchers to the concerned client/agent/supplier.




- Maintain proper records of issued vouchers.
- Make corrections and reissue vouchers whenever there is a change in the booking.

3. Ground Handling
- Coordinate airport/railway pickups and drops.
- Confirm drivers, vehicles and pickup timings.
- Share guest and pickup details with drivers/suppliers.
- Monitor guest movements and transfers.
- Coordinate with drivers and local suppliers during the tour.
- Handle delays, changes and operational issues.
- Update clients/agents when required.
- Ensure all ground-handling services are completed smoothly.

4. Daily Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with clients/agents, hotels, drivers, transport companies, local suppliers, Sales and Reservations teams.
- Follow up on pending confirmations.
- Maintain daily operations and ground-handling sheets.
- Monitor next-day arrivals, departures and transfers.
- Handle urgent guest and operational requirements.
