- Strong verbal/written communication with clients and stakeholders.Ability to understand ETL & reporting requirements and explain technical concepts in business terms.Requirement Gathering
- Skilled in collecting and analyzing business needs and converting them into technical specs.
- Good understanding of end-to-end data flow, transformation logic, and dependencies.Ability to define functional & technical requirements for ETL and BI integrations.Informatica (Core Skill):
ETL Workflow Design & Development
- Hands-on experience in building mappings, sessions, and workflows.
- Expertise in complex transformations (Lookup, Joiner, Aggregator, Router, Update Strategy, etc.).Ability to develop scalable, maintainable ETL pipelines.Advanced ETL Troubleshooting
- Strong debugging skills for job failures, log analysis, data mismatches, logic errors, and connectivity issues.Positive understanding of incremental loads, CDC, and orchestration
