About the Job

The Wellness Shop is a rapidly growing D2C beauty and wellness company providing high-quality skincare solutions to customers across India. We are currently hiring enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executives who can connect with customers, generate business opportunities, and help build robust, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective and existing customers through outbound calls to introduce and promote skincare products.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations to drive sales.
- Follow up with interested leads, customer queries, and incomplete or abandoned purchases.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction details and update information in the CRM system.
- Generate leads, build customer relationships, and contribute towards achieving business growth targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
