Receiving of goods of all departments - RM, PM, Maintenance, Hygiene, etc.
- Ensuring they are approved by QC team in a timely manner and no issuing of stock is done without QC approvals.
- Maintaining proper documentation of this in physical and ERP version.
- Issuing of stock as per the SOP's and ensuring due process and documentation is followed.
- Ensuring stock counts are done weekly and timely purchase indents are raised.
- Ensuring monthly stock counts are done and physical stock and register always tally.
- Manage team of store executives with proper coaching, communication, and training.
- To work in alignment with other supervisors to ensure estimations of material is correctly done for indenting purposes.
- To take full accountability for the value of the goods in the store room including machinery items. Ensuring no pilferage occurs is the responsibility of the store Manager.




- You shall also be responsible for any other work assigned to you by the management from time to time
- Manage and oversee daily store operations efficiently
- Develop and implement creative strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Train, motivate, and build teamwork among store staff
- Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and procedures
- Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports to management
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and industry developments

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
