- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies such as Java,.NET, Python, Angular, React, QA, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, Data Engineering, etc.
- Valuable negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
