About the Job Opening:

- and multi-agent AI systems leveraging diverse LLMs for automation, insights, and intelligent experiences. Hands-on with frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, MCP, A2A. Experience in other hyperscalers such as AWS and Google Cloud will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Architect and design scalable AI/GenAI solutions using Microsoft’s AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Cognitive Services, Azure ML, and Power Platform.
- Build reusable blueprints and accelerators for agentic systems, LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, knowledge-grounded workflows, AI-driven automations, and enterprise integrations.- End-to-End Delivery
- Lead full lifecycle delivery: design, build, integrate, test, deploy, and monitor AI solutions.
- Utilize No-Code (Power Platform), Low-Code, and Pro-Code (Python, APIs, AI frameworks,
Azure services) for implementation.
- Ensure robustness through governance, security, model evaluation, AIOps/LLMOps, performance optimization, and token-cost control.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor AI solution developers, data engineers, and testers across delivery engagements.
- Work closely with Solution architects, delivery leads, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with objectives.
- Customer Engagement & Advisory
- Lead technical and business conversations with clients to map requirements and shape AI-led transformation strategies.
- Advise on GenAI adoption, AI strategy, use-case prioritization, architecture best practices, responsible AI, governance, and platform roadmaps.
- Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of IT experience, with minimum 3+ years in AI/GenAI Solution Design.
