- About the Role_
- Key Responsibilities_
Drive end-to-end business development activities for the company's CPaaS and SaaS solutions.
Mandatory:Generate new business through proactive client acquisition and consistently onboard current customers.
Identify and engage decision-makers across SMEs, Mid-Market, and Enterprise organizations.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultative sales meetings. Understand client requirements and propose customized communication and automation solutions.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and successfully close deals.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical Support, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Generate business across products such as:
o WhatsApp Business API
o SMS Solutions
o RCS Messaging
o Voice & IVR Solutions




o Marketing Automation
o AI Chatbots
o CRM & Customer Engagement Platforms
o Other SaaS-based business solutions
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Submit regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.
- Mandatory Requirements_
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
Experience selling CPaaS, SaaS, Cloud, IT, Telecom, Digital Communication, or Enterprise Software solutions.
Proven experience in New Client Acquisition is mandatory. |
Strong hunter mindset with the ability to generate business independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience handling enterprise and corporate clients.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
