Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and general accounts.
- Process journal entries, vouchers, and accounting adjustments.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
- Perform daily, monthly, and yearly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and ensure timely compliance.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle loan accounting, EMI reconciliation, interest calculations, and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines applicable to NBFCs.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities.




- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an NBFC, financial institution, or banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and accounting software.
- Experience with loan management systems will be preferred.
