Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances.

Implemented various departmental protocols and Standard Operating Procedures

Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.

Participating in training & development programmes.

Recommend strategies to motivate employees.

Having a good knowledge about statutory compliance, labour law & HR Policies.

Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.

Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.

Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
