Charcounting is a fast-growing tax and accounting firm based in Charlotte, NC, serving business owners across construction, real estate, healthcare, transportation, and other industries. We help our clients build profitable, tax-efficient businesses — and we're building an internal team to match our growth.

We're looking for a driven Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and help us reach more of the business owners who need us most.

What You'll Do
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
- Manage and grow our social media presence with consistent, on-brand content
- Support our short-form video content strategy — scripting, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Track and report on key marketing metrics: impressions, leads, cost per lead, and ROI
- Manage SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page optimization, and local search presence
- Maintain and update our Google Business Profile and website content




- Build and optimize lead generation funnels from ad click to booked consultation
- Coordinate with our CRM to track leads, campaign attribution, and conversion data
- Conduct competitor research and bring new ideas to grow our market presence

What We're Looking For

Required:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a marketing specialist role
- Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns (Google Ads and/or Meta Ads)
- Strong written communication skills — you write clean, compelling copy
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and comfort with data and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote workplace
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup

Preferred:
- Experience marketing for a professional services firm (accounting, legal, financial services)
- Familiarity
