Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
- Track key marketing metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Manage keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, videos, and landing pages.
- Improve website conversion rates and user experience.
- Monitor competitors' digital marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
- Plan monthly digital marketing calendars and campaign strategies.
- Ensure proper tracking of all conversions using Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Conversion Tracking.
