Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that reservations requests are answered promptly and politely and that complete details are recorded as per standard procedure.
- Ensure to handle all incoming enquiries efficiently and effectively and hence converting them into bookings.
- Responsible for ensuring that all reservation filing and correspondence is carried out daily.
- Ensure to handle enquiries promptly and efficiently with the overall objective of maximizing sales and room occupancy rates.
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
- Manage the process of checking guests in and out.
- Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.
- Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered.
- Providing guests with information about the property & Up sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate.
- Deliver consistent, high-level service to guests.





Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role at a 4-star or 5-star property.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Experience in handling C Form procedures for foreign guests is essential.
- Freshers having relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management will also be considered.
