Position: Plant Supervisor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plant and production activities.
- Manage and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor production targets, productivity, and output.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain discipline and safety standards within the plant.
- Ensure production is carried out according to quality standards and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and HR departments.
- Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.
- Maintain daily production reports and other required records.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices.
- Train and guide workers on safety, quality, and work procedures.
- Report daily production status and operational issues to management.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in relevant field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/production plant is preferred.
- Experience in the cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.

Required Skills:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
