We is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing & Creative Executive who can manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support digital marketing activities including basic ad management.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies for brand growth and engagement
- Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and stories
- Independently create UGC-style videos for the brand, including shooting, editing, and presenting content in a relatable, creator-style format
- Design creatives for social media campaigns and digital promotions
- Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to improve performance
- Collaborate with the team to convert ideas into creative marketing content
- Handle basic Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) including boosting posts and campaign setup
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone,



and visual identity across platforms
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and content formats

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing / Content Creation
- Solid creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, or similar design/video tools
- Basic knowledge of video editing (Reels, Shorts, UGC-style content, etc.)
- Ability to shoot and create UGC-style videos independently for social media platforms
- Understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Good communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
