Job Responsibility:
- To ensure collection / receipt of material, consumables and specifications (drawings,
quality plan etc) from respective dept.
- To ensure availability of production equipments in good working condition through
maintenance.
- To ensure availability of qualified welder.
- To load the work to operator & to ensure operations as per process parameters.
- To ensure satisfactory completion of stages being offered to Third Party Inspection
Agency or Customer.
- To ensure protected handling & preservation of product during manufacture.
- To ensure appropriate identification and traceability of product / raw material.
- To ensure protected working & maintenance of house-keeping.
- To monitor and keep a record of day-to-day production activities.
- Record keeping and basic quality documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess welding and fabrication knowledge.
- Must have knowledge of fabrication of process equipments - Coded Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Piping systems, Skid mounted Packages, etc.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience. (phone hidden)
Pay: ₹11,638.12 - ₹43,439.16 per month
