- Plan and ensure availability of manpower for factory, site, and office operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for required positions.
- Monitor absenteeism and ensure timely replacement planning for uninterrupted operations.
- Allocate manpower based on project and production requirements in coordination with department heads.

*B. Workforce Management & HR Operations*
- Oversee employee discipline, conduct, and overall workforce management.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure proper resolution.
- Monitor performance and workplace coordination.
- Supervise HR activities including attendance, onboarding, and employee documentation.

*C. Attendance, Payroll & Salary Administration*
- Manage attendance systems (factory, site, and security).
- Handle on-duty approvals and workforce tracking.
- Prepare salary sheets and manage payroll processing.
- Oversee salary disbursement, bonus calculations, and reimbursements.

*D. Statutory Compliance & Documentation*
- Ensure compliance with:
- Factories Act
- ESIC
- EPFO




- Labour laws and statutory registers
- Maintain and update all statutory forms (Form 1, Form 2, Form 14, etc.).
- Ensure all compliance documents are audit-ready at all times.

*E. Audit & Inspection Readiness*
- Maintain HR and statutory documentation for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate during labour inspections and statutory verifications.
- Review documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.

*F. Records & Data Management*
- Maintain muster rolls and online attendance records.
- Manage employee joining documentation and records.
- Maintain manpower database (factory and prefab/site operations).
- Develop and maintain HR reporting and tracking systems.
