Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and reporting.
- Conduct daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance feedback meetings.
- Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and CRM processes.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maximize conversion rates.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value sales.
- Analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and implement action plans.
- Maintain discipline,



attendance, and productivity within the team.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, and Quality teams for seamless customer service.
- Prepare and share daily sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards with management.
- Drive team engagement and foster a high-performance sales culture.
