Job Summary
- Advaith Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Medical Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and detail Advaith Life Sciences products to doctors, medical professionals, pharmacies, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, distributors, and key customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular doctor and customer visits according to the assigned tour plan.
- Effectively communicate product information, benefits, indications, dosage information, and other approved product-related details.
- Generate prescriptions and improve product visibility and acceptance within the assigned territory.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.




- Ensure regular follow-up with doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and stockists.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, product movement, and customer feedback.
- Ensure adequate product availability through coordination with distributors and stockists.
- Maintain accurate daily call reports, sales reports, tour plans, and other required records.
- Participate in product campaigns, meetings, conferences, promotional activities, and company training programs.
- Provide timely market feedback to the Sales Manager/Business Manager.
- Ensure all promotional activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Manage the assigned territory effectively to maximize business growth and customer coverage.
