Role Overview

Plumeria Holidays is hiring a Team Leader - Holidays to manage branch-level performance across both sales and operations for FIT and GIT holiday packages. The role involves leading a team, handling customer requirements, and ensuring smooth execution of bookings while supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales and operations for FIT & GIT holiday packages
- Lead and guide the holidays team in handling enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings
- Support conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings through structured follow-ups
- Review itineraries, costing, and proposals before sharing with clients
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and vendors
- Ensure timely execution of bookings,



documentation, and service delivery
- Handle key client interactions and resolve service-related concerns
- Monitor team performance, enquiry flow, and booking progress
- Maintain operational processes and service standards at the branch level

Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in holiday sales and operations (FIT & GIT)
- Experience in handling a team and managing branch-level activities:
- Robust understanding of domestic and international travel packages
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance sales responsibilities with operational oversight
- Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
